What would it be like to walk with the Living God? Each one of us can experience liberation, healing, restoration and prosperity of soul. But few choose to walk in faith and obedience to our Savior, Jesus Christ. Christianity is not a religion, it is a family. We are God’s chosen sons and daughters and He is our God and heavenly Father.
I have been a missionary in Peru for over twenty five years now. My hunger and thirst for his Word and revelation knowledge has led me into a life of adventure and joy walking with the King of Kings.
I began my work in Peru as a medical student. I studied tropical medicine and traveled with a group of doctors from the Universidad Cayetano Heredia in Lima to Iquitos, Peru. God had given me dreams of this remote jungle region and now I was experiencing the Amazon jungle firsthand.
After I graduated and worked in private practice for five years in Rochester, New York, I began to walk out the plan God of God for my life. Opening a clinic in Iquitos, we treated all who came to us with free medicines and medical attention. God had already provided the volunteers and medicines. Then in 1991, I began the Iquitos Amazon Mission, traveling out to the river villages and tribes with the gospel, medicines; planting churches and healing the sick.
My desire is to help people come to know Jesus and live a full life in their Christian inheritance. What I saw was the opposite: misery, poverty, witchcraft and religion. But Peru has come a long way since then. The answer is prayer and a personal relationship with God.
The Holy Spirit has been sent to help us. He is the Comforter and Spirit of Truth. He came to lead and guide us, if we will receive Him, he will transform our life to a healthy life. He can be trusted because He never lies. He cannot lie.
Traveling from place to place like Paul, I minister the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in new tongues. This is the beginning of a walk of power with God. He will develop the gifts and calling on our lives and He will sanctify and cleanse our lives from those obstacles that have kept us from successful living. He is our personal Helper.
One day I was giving medical attention and conducting services in a small village in the Amazon. I was asking God in my heart, what to do. He told me very clearly that he would heal everyone who came to him in that place. I was thrilled at this news and I told the people there what God’s intention was and then invited them to come forward for prayer.
The first lady opened her eyes and said, “Do you have any pills?” and then each one came, not to ask God for healing, but asking to receive free medicines. I left broken hearted because no one wanted to be healed. They only wanted free medicines.
This was a fork in the road for me. I was faced with a decision to make, would I continue to give out free medical care or would I choose to bring the healing power of God and miracles to the sick and needy.
So I laid down my stethoscope and all those years of medical training to walk with Jesus in miracles and healing. Jesus has been faithful to heal all those who come to him with a pure heart and desire to receive from the Living God.
And Jesus said to them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. Mark 16:15-18
Sent to Peru as a missionary, Christine comes from the Family Prayer Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her pastor is Dave Roberson who has authored the book; The Walk of the Spirit, The Walk of Power; the Vital Role of Praying in Tongues.
Pastor Roberson’s teachings and testimony has changed many lives. The revelation knowledge that comes forth from his church is beyond any other I have experienced. When I first met him and saw the miracles, I knew that this message had to get out to the world. This walk of the spirit is life changing. It is the answer to most of what the church needs in these latter days. The walk is holiness and the message is power. The doctrine is the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I am available to answer your questions and come visit your church. Please leave a message with your contact information on this website.
